Additional entertainment and live shows include:

Guests can indulge in four new, diverse cocktails, such as the tantalizing Rest in Peach, a harmonious marriage of Tito’s Vodka, Peach Liqueur, and Ceylon Cinnamon, elevated by a citrus kick.
Or, explore the exotic fusion of CaliFino Blanco Tequila, Izo Mezcal Joven, and Aleppo Pepper in The Charm.
For gin lovers, the Daily Double combines Botanist Gin with refreshing lemon and a touch of absinthe to round it off. Meanwhile, whiskey aficionados will admire The Bootlegger, which mixes Elijah Craig Bourbon and Laph-roaig 10 Yr Scotch, spiced with chai and Ceylon Cinnamon.
The new food offerings include comforting bites such as the fresh Full Harvest Salad, replete with arugula, apples, blue cheese, and pomegranate seeds, and the Smoked Salmon Dip, blended with chipotle cream cheese and red onions, and served with pita chips.

Fall nights take on a heartwarming and deliciously sweet meaning at The Cassara Carlsbad with the Stay S’more Treat Package.
Available from September 21 to November 30, the package enhances your autumn getaway with delicious s’mores kits featuring the classic combination of marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers. The recipe, which first appeared in a Girl Scouts publication in 1927, was originally called “Some More,” as most often want to enjoy another one after their first taste.
At The Cassara, guests are invited to gather around the resort’s fire pits under the starlit skies and indulge in the treat while soaking in the coastal evenings.
The s’mores offer is valid for new reservations only and is based on availability, with kits included per stay, per room, for all registered guests. The package also includes complimentary resort parking during your stay.
